Terms of Service

These are the rules for using AdsBud. By signing up you agree to them. We wrote them in plain English so you can actually read them. If anything's unclear, email [email protected] and we'll fix the wording.

1. The service

AdsBud is an AI agent that connects to your ad accounts (Meta Ads and Google Ads), reads your insights, and helps you operate your campaigns. By default it is read-only. Changes the agent proposes on its own are staged for your explicit approval before anything is written to your ad account. When you instruct the agent to make a specific change in chat, that instruction is the approval and the change executes immediately. Every executed action is logged.

2. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for the ad account(s) you connect, Meta or Google. Only connect accounts you have authority to operate.
  • You're responsible for the chat messages you send the agent. The agent acts on what you tell it.

3. Your data

Your data stays yours. We process it on your behalf to operate the agent — see the Privacy Policy for the details. You can delete your data at any time by disconnecting an ad account or deleting your AdsBud account, and you can email [email protected] for a copy of your data.

4. The agent's recommendations

The AI agent recommends and (with your approval) takes actions on your connected ad accounts. We do our best to make those recommendations accurate, justified, and reversible, but decisions about your ad spend are ultimately yours. We don't guarantee the agent's suggestions will improve your results or refund spend that the agent (or you) directed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use AdsBud to operate ad accounts you don't have authority to operate.
  • Reverse-engineer the agent's prompts or use the service to train competing AI models.
  • Use AdsBud to advertise content that violates Meta's or Google's advertising policies, your local law, or basic decency.
  • Abuse the service in ways that cost us money (e.g. burning our LLM budget by triggering mass concurrent agent runs).

6. Pricing and billing

AdsBud is $29/mo for the Solo plan. New accounts get a 5-day free trial. We may change pricing; if we do, we'll give you 30 days' notice before any renewal. You can cancel any time from your dashboard.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100%. AdsBud depends on third-party APIs (Meta, Google, Anthropic) that can have their own outages. When they're down, parts of AdsBud are down too. We don't offer SLA credits on the Solo plan.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel any time. We'll stop billing you at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation (subject to legal retention obligations — see the Privacy Policy).

9. We can suspend abusive accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 5 (Acceptable Use), with notice where reasonable. If we make a mistake and suspend you unfairly, email us and we'll fix it.

10. Liability

AdsBud is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (lost profits, lost ad spend, etc.) arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our maximum liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll update these terms when the product changes. If a change is material we'll email you before it takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction (Poland, EU). Any dispute will be resolved in good faith first; if that fails, the courts of Warsaw have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Contact
